Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team. As a Waiter , You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all customers have a pleasant experience. Your ability to manage time effectively and maintain high standards of food safety and preparation will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and present menus Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS system Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently Ensure that all food safety regulations are adhered to during preparation and service Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring quality standards are met Manage multiple tables efficiently while providing excellent customer service Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during their dining experience Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations

Skills

Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively Basic maths skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately A helpful attitude towards customers and team members alike Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not essential You must knowledge of coffees and making them
