Location: March, Cambridgeshire (live-in role)

Pay Rate: 130 per day

Shift Pattern: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (or similar pattern considered)

Driver: Essential (must be over 25 with business insurance)

Start Date: ASAP

Looking to do something truly meaningful with your time and energy? We're searching for a warm, proactive, and experienced Support Worker to join us in a full-time live-in role supporting an adult with complex needs in Enfield. You'll be a calm, capable presence in the home, providing hands-on care while encouraging independence, dignity, and positivity.

This is a highly rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured setting, enjoys building meaningful relationships, and has strong clinical care experience.

Your Role as a Live-In carer:



- Providing live-in support in the client's home

- Supporting with personal care, manual bowel care, and use of a suprapubic catheter

- Monitoring health, including blood pressure and sats

- Assisting with meals, drinks, and occasional light support for the client's partner

- Promoting comfort, independence, and dignity throughout the day

- Supporting mobility and transfers (hoist experience a plus)

- Encouraging a calm and respectful home environment

What We're Looking For:



- Experience with spinal injuries, tracheostomy care, or similar complex clinical needs

- Confidence supporting with manual evacuation and catheter care

- Compassionate, respectful, and patient approach

- Attention to detail and strong communication skills

- Female applicants only (requirement of the package)
