We are specifically looking for a female carer due to service user's preference.

We are urgently looking for live-in carers to support our service users to stay comfortably in their own homes who don't want to stay in care/residential home. We can offer stability, safety and rewarding roles and are actively recruiting for full- time hours.

The ideal candidate will have experience in home care settings and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our service users. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow care plans, and a willingness to assist with daily living activities.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed. Prepare meals and assist with nutritional needs according to care plans. Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Document daily activities and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate parties. Foster positive relationships with service user through effective communication and companionship.

Experience

Previous experience of live-in care is highly desirable. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with service users and families. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with service users and their families.

Pay: 100.00-110.00 per day
