Caregiver - Huntingdonshire
As a Caregiver at Alpha Health & Social Care Services Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to live independently within their homes or communities. Your contributions will directly align with our mission to provide high-quality and effective support services.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living activities to promote independence and dignity.

Provide compassionate personal care tailored to individual needs. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation. Support clients with mobility and physical tasks as needed. Engage clients in meaningful activities to enhance their quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while providing care.

Qualifications

Experience in complex care and spinal cord injuries preferred. Strong knowledge of patient care practices and assisted living principles. Familiarity with caregiving or related fields is essential. Ability to perform first aid and CPR is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and empathy towards clients. A valid driving licence is required. Caring attitude with a commitment to promoting client independence. Able to lift heavy objects when necessary for client support.
