Grasmere's boutique bed and breakfast hotel is a warm and welcoming home away from home for all guests wanting to be right in the heart of the Lakes. We specialise in doing the simple things beautifully, in a unique and luxurious setting.

Our General Assistant will enjoy providing outstanding customer experiences mainly in kitchen and housekeeping with breakfast and reception. We are looking for someone who are flexible and seeking an opportunity to develop and broaden their hospitality skills. Responsibilities within the business will include; food and drinks preparation, serving breakfast, cleaning and caring for the rooms and public areas. As part of our close-knit team you will be a highly valued member with the ability to develop and learn about many aspects of the business.

The role will be minimum of 35 hours per week spread over 5 days, which will increase during busy periods to 40 hours. Shifts will be for instance 7.30/8am-4pm. No split shifts.

There is stunning live-in accommodation with 100 charge per month. We are a personality driven business and full training will be given.
