Summary

We are seeking a talented INDIAN Chef to join our dynamic team at THE ABERCRAVE INN. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food quality and safety, and leading a passionate team dedicated to providing outstanding culinary experiences.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations. Prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment. Develop new menu items and improve existing recipes based on seasonal ingredients. Supervise food preparation and production processes to maintain consistency. Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with staff and management. Creativity in menu development and presentation.
