Ram Jam Records is an grassroots venue in Kingston upon Thames serching for a venue supervisor and sound engineer. All aplicants musy have significant expereince in hospitaity with a supervising service role preffered.
Our sound engineers are also responsible for the venue's atmosphere, with every shift requiring setting up the room with the specific event in mind, setting up basic lighting, welcoming and serving customers and closing the venue to a high standard.
Responsibilities will grow to include helping with managment duties, programming events and helping to grow the venue.

Duties
Set up, operate, and maintain sound equipment for live events.
Collaborate with a variety of artists across many genres to give an excellent experience and brilliant sound.
Be responsible for high quality service standards and flexible to work on both the floor and bar area during the events.
Monitor sound levels during performances and make real-time adjustments as necessary.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on all audio equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical support and guidance to team members and guests regarding sound-related queries.
Maintain a clean and organised workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Experience
A passion for music, sound production and independent venues.
Proven experience as a Sound Engineer.
Strong knowledge of sound equipment and audio mixing techniques.
Experience in hospitality with a supervisor role.
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
