Role Overview:

We are looking for a

Live Stream Operation Recruiter & Trainer

to manage and support our live streaming hosts. This role ensures smooth operations, optimises host performance, and supports our growing e-commerce business.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and filter applications to identify suitable live stream hosts and moderators Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates Provide training and guidance to hosts to enhance their performance Manage and schedule live streaming shifts Track and analyse performance metrics for part-time team member Incentive management

Qualifications:

Education

Bachelor's degree or above A major in HRM or Administration related is preferred

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

Professional English level in daily work Fluent in Mandarin is a plus Experience in live streaming, or in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industries, is a plus. Experienced in shift planning, team scheduling, and coordinating availability across departments. Proficient in using Excel, PPT, Word and other Office software Strong interest in e-commerce, social media, and live streaming Logical thinking, well organized, highly efficient and pays attention to details Excellent ability to analyse and solve problems in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Pay: 26,000.00 per year
