We are seeking a passionate and creative TikTok Live Stream Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing and optimizing creator-led live stream events on TikTok, ensuring high engagement, viewer interaction, and overall success. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, with a deep understanding of TikTok trends and the creator ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

:

Plan and execute TikTok live streaming events in collaboration with creators. Manage creator partnerships, ensuring smooth live streaming experiences and maximizing engagement. Monitor live stream performance metrics (views, interactions, etc.) and optimize for better results. Analyze audience feedback and streaming data to improve future live events. Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and competitor live streaming strategies. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and creator teams to ensure successful live stream campaigns.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or related fields. 1-2 years of experience in TikTok or other live streaming platforms. Strong understanding of TikTok live streaming tools and creator ecosystem. Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute live streaming events. Data analysis skills to assess performance and optimize strategies. Spanish language proficiency is a plus. Passion for social media trends and creator content.

Preferred

:

Experience working with TikTok creators or influencers. Familiarity with e-commerce or live shopping on TikTok. Basic video editing skills.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
