10.00 - 13.00 per hour (Base + Uncapped Shift Commissions)

Shift Patterns:

Afternoon (12pm-4pm) | Evening (5pm-9pm) | Weekend Power Shifts

We are looking for the "Main Character"--someone with the energy, wit, and charisma to be the face of our brand to thousands of daily viewers.

The Role

This is a performance-based role for someone who loves the camera. You won't just be packing; you will be hosting a high-energy shopping experience.

The Show:

Host 4-hour high-energy TikTok Live sessions from our 3-camera studio.

Engagement:

Interact with the "Live" community, handle real-time requests, and showcase our unique products with flair.

Aesthetic Packing:

Hand-costing and assembling orders into our 25 bespoke packaging styles--making sure every "scoop" is a visual masterpiece for the camera.

The Hustle:

Drive sales milestones through personality and product knowledge.

Who You Are (The Disruptor)

Background:

Ideally a student of Drama, Performing Arts, or Media (or a natural-born entertainer).

High Energy:

You can keep the "opening night" energy for a full 4-hour shift.

Quick-Witted:

You can handle the fast-paced nature of TikTok comments and keep the vibe positive and professional.

Aesthetically Minded:

You understand that "hand-cost" and premium presentation are what set us apart.

Compensation: Base + Uncapped Commission
