We're looking for caring, dedicated, and compassionate

Live-In Home Care Companions

As a Live-In Care Companion, you'll provide personalised care and meaningful companionship, helping customers maintain their routines, independence, and overall well-being. You'll share our core values of

in everything you do.

What You'll Do



Deliver person-centred care tailored to each customer's individual needs. Provide personal care, including assistance with washing, dressing, and grooming. Support with meal preparation and encourage healthy eating. Assist with mobility, moving and handling safely and effectively. Administer or prompt medication as required. Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful conversation. Help customers stay connected to their communities by accompanying them to appointments and social activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment.

What We're Looking For



Previous experience in a

care at home

or live-in care setting is desirable, but not essential -- full training can be provided. A caring and compassionate nature, with genuine empathy for others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Respect for privacy, dignity, and personal choice. Ability to work independently with professionalism and reliability. Confidence in safe moving and handling practices. A full

UK driving licence

is highly desirable, especially for rural placements.
