130 per day

Shift Pattern:

2 weeks on / 2 weeks off (or similar pattern)

Essential (over 25, with business insurance)

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced Support Worker for an engaging and fulfilling live-in role supporting a client with complex clinical needs in March, Cambridgeshire. You will be based in Luton, but the role involves live-in stays supporting the client's independence, health, and wellbeing in their home.

Your primary duties include assisting with personal and bowel care, managing a suprapubic catheter, health monitoring, and providing general emotional and practical support. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, detail-oriented, and experienced in clinical care tasks.

Your Role:

Provide clinical care including catheter management and bowel care Assist with personal care, meal prep, and general household support Support emotional wellbeing, promoting independence and dignity Engage positively with the client, maintaining a structured and encouraging home environment

Who We Need:

Experience with spinal injury, tracheostomy, or similar complex clinical support Confidence in managing catheter care and manual bowel evacuation Drivers aged 25+ with valid business insurance Compassionate, professional, proactive, and detail-focused
