Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards. Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure quality and consistency. Manage kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high hygiene standards in the kitchen. Collaborate with the management team to develop seasonal menus that highlight fresh ingredients. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and place orders as necessary to maintain stock. Assist in training new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols. Handle any customer feedback or complaints regarding food quality or service promptly.
