Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced, proactive and Early Years qualified Live-out Nanny to join their UHNW family based in Little Venice, London.



The role will focus on the care and development of two young children, aged 1 and 3 years old, and includes regular international travel with the family to destinations across the globe. The successful candidate will have a strong background in UHNW households, demonstrating confidence in managing dynamic schedules and the ability to take full responsibility when proxy parenting.



A genuine passion for early childhood development is essential, alongside a calm and nurturing approach that combines structure with creativity. The family places a strong emphasis on nutrition and healthy eating so the Nanny will be expected to ensure the children enjoy balanced, age appropriate meals that support their growth and wellbeing. A Montessori qualification or similar early years training would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities of the Live-out Nanny in Little Venice, London include:


Childcare


Sole and shared care of two children (aged 1 and 3), including all nursery duties: feeding, bathing, dressing, and managing nap and bedtime routines Support with key developmental stages such as early learning, socialisation and toilet training Prepare nutritious, age appropriate meals and snacks for the children Maintain tidy and well organised children's areas, including playrooms, bedrooms, and wardrobes Organise engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that promote learning through play, creativity and physical activity Oversee drop-offs and collections from nursery and activities (the eldest child attends mornings, Monday - Friday) Track milestones and communicate regularly with the parents on progress and wellbeing

Travel


Accompany the family on extensive international travel, ensuring consistency in routines and comfort for the children Manage travel logistics including packing, adjusting to time zones, and maintaining structure while abroad

Household


Handle light housekeeping related to the children, including laundry and organisation Assist with packing and unpacking for family trips Provide occasional support in the kitchen during busy periods Working with a wider household team of housekeepers and a part-time cook

Candidates must be/have:

A minimum of 5 years' professional experience caring for children aged 0-5 within UHNW formal households Long-term tenure in previous roles, with excellent verifiable references Early Years qualification and/or Montessori background (highly desirable) Proven understanding of developmental milestones and early learning principles Calm, confident, and emotionally intelligent; able to manage routines while fostering independence Experience managing international travel with children Full, clean UK driving licence preferred (a car will be provided for work use) Fluent English required; French or Russian language skills would be a plus Paediatric First Aid and CPR certification required

A bedroom is available for overnight stays, or a car/Uber will be arranged for late finishes.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 07:30 - 19:00, with flexibility for additional hours, overnight stays, and weekend support during travel periods (2-3 times per week when abroad).

Up to 90,000, depending on experience.
