We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to join our team at Meadow Quality as a Livestock Administrator and Credit Controller. This is a key position within our business, combining customer communication, credit control and essential administrative support for our cattle division. What You'll Be Doing:
Acting as the main point of contact for our cattle division, dealing with payment and receipt queries, including pricing, haulage and other details linked to cattle sales. Using our trading system to input and update everything from the first enquiry to the final deal. Providing Field Officers with the administrative support and information they need to assist customers effectively.
Talking daily with our customers and Field Officers by phone and email, ensuring payments are collected accurately and keeping everyone updated. Entering and maintaining accurate information in our Accounts and CRM systems, and sharing any updates with field staff.
Assisting with general office tasks and taking on ad hoc duties as required--flexibility is key.
About the Role:
This is a full time office-based role at our Head Office in Edstone, Warwickshire. You'll be part of a friendly and experienced team that supports Meadow Quality's wider operations across England and Wales, including two calf collection and administration centres and a team of around 40 staff.
Experience within the farming industry or a farming background is advantageous but not essential.
