Location of the role:



Hybrid between working from home and our Leicester Office

Leicester People Team Office - 2 Barton Close, Grove Park, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 1 SJ

Our office offers free parking and great transport links. This is a two storey, open plan office with the Priory occupying the first floor. The office is accessible and has a lift.

What you'll be doing





Act as the main point of contact for all system functionality queries & e-learning with the support of the E-learning specialist. Manage day-to-day administration of the LMS, including user accounts, course uploads, permissions, and system configurations. Create and manage online and face to face workshops and e-Learning courses managed centrally on the Learning Management System Ensure seamless user experience through troubleshooting, platform updates, and process improvements. Monitor and analyse learning data, producing reports and dashboards to inform decision-making. Assist in the development and rollout of specialist training programs (e.g., compliance, onboarding, leadership, technical skills). Assess and plan the current and future organisational requirements in relation to Specialist Learning, based on requirements and strategic planning


What you'll bring to the role





Administration experience within a Learning & Organisational Development department and or a customer service organisation Good levels of analysis as well as being comfortable in dynamic fast moving teams where change is the one constant. A keen eye for detail, with a broad and current understanding of IT as well as modern software platform Sound judgement and confidence with the ability to question or challenge processes that can be improved.
