Local Study Manager \xe2\x80\x93 CRA to CPM

Have you been looking for that step of your career that allows you to progress from your typical CRA role to a more senior Project Manager? This position will allow you to do that as it will offer financial budgeting and Project Management training, which will assist you in taking the next step of your career as it is often a key experience topic that many people in Clinical Research don\xe2\x80\x99t possess in order for them to progress.

This position will also allow you to train the younger generation of Clinical Research Associates which will also contribute to becoming a Project Manager as knowledge of how to be a functioning mentor for people who are new in Clinical Research is another aspect that is often not taken into consideration.

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out visits to sites for monitoring purposes and include selection, initiation, monitoring and close-out visits
• Assisting younger generations of CRA\xe2\x80\x99s as a mentor by conducting training and co-monitoring visits.
• Performing evaluations on the integrity and quality of study sites

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years experience conducting on-site monitoring
• 3rd level educational degree in a relevant background
• Some team management and financial control experience would be ideal
• Good control of the English language
