The post holder will be part of the Business Solutions team within Economic Development. They will lead on the strategic development, delivery, and management of the Lisburn & Castlereagh Local Economic Partnership (LEP), ensuring alignment with the Department for the Economy's Regional Balance Fund, the NI Sub-Regional Economic Plan, and Council's economic development objectives. The postholder will be responsible for creating and delivering a robust LEP Action Plan, driving investment, tackling economic disparities, and maximising opportunities across key growth sectors in the council area.
