About the Role

As a valued member of our Local Land Charges team, you'll play a vital role in supporting property transactions, maintaining essential Local Authority databases and providing excellent customer services. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop new skills and advance your career in a supportive, forward-thinking environment.



Key Responsibilities:


Maintain and update the Local Land and Property Gazetteer, including street naming and numbering requests. Administer the Local Land Charges Register, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and processing official searches efficiently and accurately. Respond to conveyancing enquiries from solicitors and the public, providing clear and timely information about property or land matters. Support the administration and decision-making process for Assets of Community Value nominations.

What We're Looking For:


Strong organisational skills and experience working with computerised databases. Confidence using Microsoft applications and a willingness to learn new systems. Ability to interpret maps, property boundaries, and use Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping software. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently with both colleagues and external customers.

Work Arrangements:
