An exciting secondment opportunity has presented itself in Local Land Charges.




Reporting to the Head of Democratic Services, you will assist in managing the statutory Local Land Charges search service to deliver an efficient local authority search service, responding to requests from solicitors, personal search agents and members of the public for information held on the Council's and County records within the Borough.




You will also assist in maintaining and updating the Local Land Charges register in accordance with statutory requirements.




ABOUT YOU




The successful candidate will have:




Excellent communication skills both verbal and written that can be adapted for a variety of audiences.




Working knowledge of all Microsoft office applications including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and committee management systems.
