This position involves providing a warm and organised welcome for players and parents at our weekly football sessions. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth session operations, maintaining accurate registers, and fostering a positive experience for families attending our academy.
As part of the role, you will also support our social media presence by capturing short videos and photos during sessions for use on our Instagram account.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and sign in players and parents on arrival at sessions.
Maintain accurate attendance registers for each age group.
Capture short video clips and photos for social media.
Provide information and assistance to parents and trialists.
Build strong relationships with families to develop a friendly, community atmosphere.
Monitor the overall quality of sessions and share feedback with the Academy Manager.
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a confident, approachable manner.
Reliable, organised and proactive with good attention to detail.
Positive, energetic attitude and an interest in youth football or community engagement.
12.50 per session (maximum of two sessions per day)
