We are looking for a friendly, energetic, professional and enthusiastic host to work at our football sessions for children in Crystal Palace on Tuesday and Friday late afternoons. Your role would be focused around welcoming children and parents to the sessions and signing them in upon arrival.
A smile goes a long way in this position and attention to details is key.
Each week you will monitor entrances to the sessions and manage the registers for each age group, indicating which group the child should join. As you get to know the customers and players attending each week, you will work towards building a community within your local centre. It is absolutely vital for this role, that the applicant fully understands that a positive, active and engaging communications with all parents is paramount.
You will gain valuable social media experience as during each session you will be responsible for uploading stories onto the Academy's Instagram account. You would also need to take pictures or videos and send them to the Manager each week.
All parent hosts must be DBS checked(if applicable).
You would be responsible for answering questions from parents, taking notes, making sure attendees are happy and ensuring that only customers that are on the register enter training.
Please note that this role is part time and this Academy will operate in 2 or 3 different locations. Based on your performance, we may offer you additional work at other We Make Footballers sessions.
