Join our Golf Team

We are currently looking for a self-motivated, organised and well-presented individual to join our team as a Locker Room Attendant.

Reporting to the Locker Room Supervisor and working within our Men's Locker Room, this is a seasonal role until early October.

What you'll be doing in this role:

- Consistently welcoming Members and Guests to the Locker Room in a manner that upholds our Customer First standards.

- Master the art of professional service, greeting golfers with a warm smile and personalised touch that reflects our commitment to excellence.

- Ensuring the Locker Room environment is clean and presentable at all times.

- Manage the storage and presentation of members shoes.

- Providing Members with a shoe cleaning, polishing and spike replacement service.

Who are we looking for:

- Polite and energetic characters with a willingness to learn and Collaborate with Purpose with the rest of team.

- Passion for Consistently Delivering exceptional Customer Service and to be able to do so during busy periods.

- Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

- Smart and well-presented appearance at all times.

- Ability to Consider What's Next and anticipate and adapt to member and guest needs.

- Strong knowledge of Golf would be advantageous.
