We are seeking a skilled and reliable Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lock installation, repair, and maintenance, with the ability to provide excellent customer service. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of residential and commercial properties by working with various locking mechanisms and security systems.
Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain a variety of locks, keys, and security systems for residential and commercial clients.
Respond to emergency lockout situations promptly and efficiently.
Provide expert advice to clients on security solutions and lock options.
Conduct assessments of clients' security needs and recommend appropriate products.
Perform key cutting and duplication services accurately.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques in locksmithing.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during all tasks.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Locksmith or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of various locking mechanisms and security systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients.
A valid driver's licence may be required for travel between job sites.
