Job Description
- Possess an expert knowledge and understanding of law and legislation relating to education
- Attend tribunals and hearings on behalf of the Borough as appropriate
- Train and mentor junior lawyers / paralegals as appropriate
- A valid practising certificate in England as a Solicitor or Barrister * Specialism within Education, specifically SEND and evidence of practising this post-qualification * Experience working within local authorities, or for a public sector organisation
