Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced

Healthcare Assistant

to cover a series of ad hoc shifts at a friendly and supportive

GP surgery in Manchester.

If successful, there is potential for ongoing work at this site.

Initial Dates Available:

30th July 2025 - 08:30 to 18:00 1st August 2025 (Friday) - 08:00 to 18:00 13th August 2025 - 08:30 to 18:00 20th August 2025 - 08:30 to 18:00 27th August 2025 - 08:30 to 18:00 12th September 2025 (Friday) - 08:00 to 18:00 24th September 2025 - 08:30 to 18:00 1st October 2025 - 08:30 to 18:00 3rd October 2025 (Friday) - 08:00 to 18:00

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct blood tests (venepuncture) Perform ECGs, blood pressure checks, and NHS health checks Provide basic wound care and dressing changes Support the nursing and administrative teams as needed Accurately document care provided using EMIS Web

Requirements:

Proven experience working within a

GP surgery setting

Proficient in using

EMIS Web

Confident carrying out typical HCA duties independently Friendly, reliable, and adaptable
