Initial 3-6 mth contract

Rate: up to \xc2\xa355 Umbrella

To provide expert professional/technical legal advice and guidance to colleagues, managers and partner agencies to contribute to the delivery of both Councils\xe2\x80\x99 objectives and priorities;
To provide expert professional/technical legal advice and guidance to colleagues, managers and partner agencies to contribute to the delivery of both Councils\xe2\x80\x99 objectives and priorities;
To provide legal and procedural advice to Members and Officers relating to highways, local government law, enforcement and licensing cases.
To conduct appeals, judicial reviews and statutory appeals in relation to highways and licensing matters;
To provide committee support and advice including attendance at committee.
To have the potential to provide advice to Members and Officers at Licensing Sub-Committee and generally.
To have conduct of any highway and licensing appeals and judicial reviews.
