We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Pharmacist (Independent Prescriber) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be involved in exciting project work across the county of Cornwall and will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medication for our patients. This position requires experience in General Practice settings, and ability to use EMIS Web and TPP SystmOne pharmacy systems.
Skills
Proficient in medication administration techniques and patient care practices.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, particularly in relation to pharmacology.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information in an understandable manner.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of pharmacy practice.
Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a high standard of care for patients.
