Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Practice Nurse, you will utilise your knowledge of anatomy and patient care to deliver exceptional healthcare services to our patients.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and record medical histories Administer vaccinations and injections as required Assist in the management of chronic conditions and provide health education to patients Perform routine clinical procedures such as wound care, dressings, and minor surgical procedures Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times Participate in health promotion activities and community outreach programmes Stay updated with current medical practices and guidelines

Requirements

Registered Nurse qualification with relevant experience in a practice setting Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology Demonstrated ability in providing excellent patient care with a compassionate approach Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
