Experienced 1st & 2ndFix Carpenter & Joiner for Loft Conversion Company - Palmers Green N13

must be able to work on your own running loft conversion projects

must have 10+ years' carpentry experience working on loft conversions & must of worked on 100+ lofts

drivers license & tools required

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a long established property organisation who are leaders within their field and who offer excellent career progression.

We are converting and renovating a number of the properties on their books at the moment, including adding loft conversions, extensions and making internal refurbishments.

We are looking for an

Experienced 1st& 2nd Fix Carpenter & Joiner

lead & run the conversion of their loft conversions.

Role & Responsibilities:

Build Stud Walls Build Timber Roof Structures Internal Floors Add Partitions Hang Doors Double Glazed Window & UPVC Door Fitting & Door Fitting Stair Case Additions Kitchen Fitting Bathroom Fitting General Construction Work

Essential Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years' experience is required

A minimum of three references and examples of work

Own tools (110v and hand tools)

CSCS card (ideally skilled worker card)

Personable and polite

Good time keeping skills and ability to stick to deadlines

You must be enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated

Ability to work quickly under pressure

Provide quality finishes with a price work mentality at all times

You must be able to keep a cool head with a good temperament under pressure

Must be willing to work overtime and weekends if required to push the job on

You must speak clear English with good communication skills

Mon - Fri, 8am - 5pm
