About the role




Join our two-year Graduate Programme starting in September 2026 and kick-start your career at the heart of the global air cargo industry. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, make a real business impact, and accelerate your development through multiple placements across IAG Cargo. From day one, you'll take on meaningful responsibilities in a variety of dynamic business areas - from operations to Commercial - each designed to challenge you, inspire you, and set you up for long-term success.


Unlike many graduate schemes, we don't just want you to watch - we want you to contribute, lead, and deliver. You'll have insight and opportunities to work on innovative, high-profile projects, collaborating with colleagues at our London Heathrow hub and across our international network. Whether it's driving operational improvements, shaping customer solutions, or supporting major business initiatives, your work will make a difference.

To apply, candidates must:



Hold (or demonstrate proof they will hold upon graduation) a 2:2 degree or above (or equivalent) within the last ten years from any degree discipline Willing to work in different locations and within various business functions, as duty travel and/or shift work may be required depending on placement Have the right to live and work full-time in the UK
