We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to join our team as a
Logistical and Diary Support Officer
. This role is essential in supporting our tutors and customers by ensuring diaries, bookings, and communications are managed smoothly and efficiently.
Duties
Manage tutor diaries, ensuring schedules are up to date and accurate.
Book sessions for customers and coordinate appointments.
Respond to customer enquiries via email and telephone in a timely and professional manner.
Arrange and distribute webinar links for online sessions.
Record and maintain accurate data on CRM systems.
Respond to customer queries, providing clear information and support.
Provide general administrative assistance to support the wider team.
About You
Proven experience in diary management, scheduling, or customer service.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Comfortable using digital tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
A proactive and solution-focused approach, with a commitment to excellent customer service.
