We currently have a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our dedicated logistics team based at Altham. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career, perhaps after leaving college. In this fast-paced and demanding position, you will act as a key link between our customers, third-party partners, and internal departments.
The Role:
Diary management / appointments.
Input and co-ordinate orders to external suppliers.
Co-ordinate day to day department communications with multi functioning departments.
Collate and monitor costs of suppliers when using them to represent the company.
Liaise with internal departments, third party resources and customers to fulfil the customer requirements and expectations.
Collate personal information and documentation for security clearances.
The Person:
Previous administration experience preferable.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Customer focussed.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
Good IT knowledge with Microsoft packages.
GCSE's (Grade 4 and above) Maths and English.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00pm and Friday 8:30 - 14.30.
