We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Logistics Administrator
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our logistics operations by coordinating the movement of goods, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, carriers, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain up-to-date records of shipments, inventory, and deliveries.
Prepare and process delivery notes.
Communicate with transport companies, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Assist in resolving any issues or delays in the supply chain.
Support the logistics team with administrative tasks and reporting.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and internal procedures.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a logistics or supply chain administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with logistics software is a plus.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.50-15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
