Job Description

The post holder will be responsible in collaborating TAS logistics and internal/external suppliers to promote effective goods movement and storage, maintain compliant records and assure archive records to support TAS regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

Collection and filing of Proof of delivery Collation, filing and archiving of Logistics paperwork Daily validation and update of Import Log Weekly Stock reconciliation Logistics consumable management Freight invoice tally and PO closure/resolution Monthly MSS report tally

Requirements

Essential

1 year's previous experience providing administration support in logistics Previous experience in the preparation and completion of import/export documentation and an understanding of trade procedures Educated to GCSE Level, Grades A-C, or equivalent (including Maths & English)
Proven experience of working in a fast-moving environment where ability to deliver is paramount
