About us

We are looking to recruit a Logistics Administrator to work within our Installations & Relocation department situated in Lincoln. The Logistics Administrator will work as part of a team to arrange relocations & deliveries of new & existing devices, updating of customer records, managing the Hotswap process of devices for one of our large customers.

Clear and concise interpretation of data

Accurate data entry

To achieve personal and team key performance targets

Liaising with external and internal departments to support and drive customer centricity, strong relationships and process improvement

Processing email requests sent to the team mailboxes

Develop and support relationships within all aspects of the company

To assist other functions within the team as and when required

To be responsible for personal health and safety and be aware of obligation to other staff and customers in accordance with legislation

Undertaking any other reasonable tasks as requested by the line manager

Being aware of the importance of conformity with the Quality and Environmental Policies and Procedures

To proactively manage personal development, to increase your own performance levels and provide opportunities for career development.

Confidence to tackle problems

Be able to confidently converse with customers via phone/Video Conference or on-site meeting to scope technical elements of project.

Demonstrate initiative when presented with issues.

Effective working relationships with clients, Project Managers, Account Managers and all other relevant staff are built and maintained.

Lessons Learned from relocations are recorded.

Failure is effectively dealt with; demonstrating an ability to learn from mistakes.

Recognising the significant environmental aspects and impacts related with the work and the environmental benefits of improved personal performance

Recognising the role and responsibilities as defined by the management systems



For roles with office-based hybrid working:



A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.



For fully remote roles:



A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role is fully remote and home-based. Attendance at our offices is required periodically for team meetings and training.
