Duties
Provide Administrative Support To The Supply Chain And Logistics Departments Within The RGE Group
Checking Supplier Delivery Notes Against Goods Received, Looking At Part Number, Description And Quantity, Ensuring Before The Goods Are Put-A-Way They Are Labelled & (Or) Identified Clearly With RGE SAPB Part Number,
Alerting The Quality Control Department To Any Product Arrival That Is Identified For QC Inspection Before Put-A-Way Or Release To The Factory Including Progression Of Colour Plaques Through Coloureye
Generating I.D Labels Through Bar-Tender Software / Zebra Printer
Generating Systematic Goods Receipts In SAPB1 Against Products Received - Highlighting And Advising To All Other Interested Parties, Any Anomalies Or Delivery Descrepancy's Providing A Detailed Report Of The Problem (s), Issue Or Descrepancy, If Required
Assist With The Control Of Quarantined Goods - Updating By Email All Interacting Department Including Logistics, Quality Control And Purchasing Weekly To Goods In Quarantine Awaiting Return Or Collection, - Ensuring Rejection Notes And Goods Return Paperwork Is Signed By The Supplier And (Or) Their Nominated Carrier Is Forwarded To Departmental Management And (Or) The Accounts Department
Working With The Regen Recycling Team To Keep Updated The Purgin And Waste Leaving Site Output Report & Environmental Trackers
Support The Department With The Physical Picking And Systematic Transfer Of Stock, Material And Components As Required Daily On The Factory Pick List -On Completion Of Processing To Record Statistics On Excel Tracker For Monthly Managerial Review oInteract With RGE Alconbury Calling Off Product In A Proactive Manner When Required -
Participate And Support Inventory Investigations Into Stock-File Inaccuracies To Identify And Report Process Or System Breakdowns
Pick, Check And Manifest Outbound Activity Including Customer And Supplier Collections Or Despatch Through SAP In The Process Generating Delivery Notes And Invoices Through SAPB1 - Recording Data Onto Departmental Excel Sheets
Ensure all duties are performed in a safe and efficient manner within the parameters of current health and safety legislation (HASAW Act 1974)
Goods Inwards - To Effectively Administer And Manage Paperwork Relating To Delivered Goods, Checking Product To Supplier Paperwork, Generating I.D Labels Where Required And Goods Receipting Against Purchase Orders Goods And Product Into SAPB1, Rasing Any Anomalies With Purchasing And Other Departments Where Required - Updating KPI Tracker Sheets Within Excel For Monthly Review
On Site Activity: - Systematically Support Inbound And Outbound Activities Being Conducted Within The Logistics Team, Ensuring Clear And Concise Communication With Other Departments, Sites Or Suppliers As Required - Systematically Transferring Product Moved Between SAPB1 Warehouses Especially WM Stores And The W4 Factory and Vice Versa - Updating Various Departmental KPI's Within Excel
Despatch: - Check Outbound Despatches & Collections For Accuracy - Process Paperwork Through SAP To Generate Delivery Notes & Invoices, Logging All Activity On To Departmental Spreadsheets Whilst Tracking POD's.
