Are you organised, detail-focused, and experienced in logistics administration? Ziegler UK is seeking a reliable Logistics Administrator to support smooth warehouse operations and effective communication across teams at our London Gateway hub.

What You'll Do:
Accurately manage data for stock movements, receipts, dispatches, and returns using WMS
Maintain booking schedules for inbound and outbound deliveries
Coordinate communication with carriers, drivers, and internal teams about vehicle arrivals/departures
Generate pick lists, delivery notes, and shipping labels
Assist with stock control, inventory checks, and reconciliation
Handle purchase and sales transaction entries
Respond promptly to internal and external queries about stock and shipments
Support warehouse and logistics teams with administrative tasks and reporting
What We're Looking For:
Experience in logistics or supply chain administration
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and data accuracy
Good communication skills, verbal and written
Computer literate and able to use Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Flexible, proactive team player who can prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
Full UK driving licence
Experience with WMS platforms such as SAP, Manhattan, or Oracle
