Our client, a global telecommunications leader, is seeking a data-driven

Logistics Analytics & Optimisation Lead

to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement across their global logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities

Analyse logistics data to identify optimization opportunities in shipment routing, service levels, and carrier selection. Collaborate with global teams and logistics providers to implement cost-saving initiatives without impacting service quality. Lead freight audit and payment processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and automation where possible. Support VAT recovery efforts and provide logistics performance reporting and cost tracking. Design Power BI dashboards and develop logistics metrics to inform business decisions. Lead logistics cost-reduction initiatives, ensuring alignment with budget goals. Partner with Finance on budget planning, cost estimates, and executive-level reporting. Manage supplier performance, contracts, and RFx processes with strong cross-functional leadership.

What We're Looking For

8+ years of logistics/supply chain experience, including 3+ in international logistics. Strong analytical, reporting, and project management skills. Advanced Excel and Power BI expertise; Oracle experience a plus. Clear communicator with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to influence across teams. Bachelor's Degree required, fluent English essential.
