We are looking for a highly organised and proactive

Logistics and Installation Coordinator

who not only has the skills to succeed but will thrive as a key part of our team. This role is critical in coordinating customer installations, managing contractors and transport partners, and keeping our logistics and operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate installation schedules with customers, transport partners, and contractors. Prepare and distribute accurate job sheets, documentation, and instructions. Schedule jobs with contractors for electrical, plastering, painting, and clearance services. Maintain and optimise the installation diary to maximise efficiency and capacity. Process customer payments and ensure accurate records. Handle daily customer enquiries and resolve operational issues promptly. Serve as the first point of contact for transport and yard teams, providing essential information for smooth operations.
