We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Logistics and Operations Support Lead to take ownership of our despatch and logistics functions, while providing wider support across Customer Service, cross-departmental operations, and the strategic rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
This is a varied role ideal for someone who thrives on combining practical coordination with project thinking -- supporting a newly appointed Operations Manager while also helping embed smarter processes and digital transformation across the business. (m/f/d)
Key Responsibilities
------------------------
Logistics & Despatch Oversight
Manage daily despatch operations: inbound/outbound flow, order prep, stock movement
Liaise with 3PL partners to ensure stock accuracy and reconciliation
Ensure compliance with customs and international shipping standards
Enhance efficiency across transport, documentation, and warehouse processes
Operations & Customer Service Support
Assist Operations Manager in tracking actions across production, CS, and logistics
Bridge logistics, system workflows, and order fulfilment for the CS team
Coordinate responses to operational issues, customer requests, and system handoffs
Maintain visibility through reports, documentation, and shared tracking tools
D365 Implementation - Project Coordination
Support project management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 rollout
Coordinate workshops, gather process details, and follow up on implementation tasks
Assist in testing, training prep, and change communication
Connect Logistics, CS, Supply Chain, and Production functions during system transition
Process Improvement & Data Support
Aid in reviewing and streamlining internal processes
Collect and validate data to inform decisions and reporting
Help document SOPs, workflows, and system usage guides
Promote continuous improvement across operations
Your Profile
----------------
Background in logistics, operations coordination or project support
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
Proficient in Excel and confident working with data, reports, and dashboards
Excellent communication and organisation skills
Ability to manage competing priorities while staying calm and solutions-focused
Exposure to ERP or system change projects (e.g., D365, SAP, Oracle) is a strong advantage
Bonus Experience

Worked in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals, renewables, packaging)
Participated in or supported cross-functional project teams
Hands-on understanding of customer service processes or supply chain flow
Experience with process mapping, change impact analysis, or user testing
Desire to make a meaningful operational and strategic contribution in a growing business
