Role Overview




We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to manage our warehouse and logistics processes on-site in Hammersmith. This role is crucial to maintaining the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of our supply chain and ensuring that customers receive their orders on time. You'll be responsible for managing stock levels, overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments, and coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to support Rightangled's growing operations.

Key Responsibilities



Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock levels, conducting regular stock checks and updating inventory records to minimise discrepancies. Monitor supply levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment. Order Fulfilment: Process and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfilment. Work closely with the customer service team to address any fulfilment issues or order discrepancies. Warehouse Organisation: Manage the physical layout of the warehouse to optimise space and ensure safety and efficiency. Implement organisational systems that enhance accessibility and streamline operations. Logistics Coordination: Oversee the scheduling and tracking of incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating with carriers and delivery partners to ensure efficient and cost-effective transport solutions. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular inspections and maintain a safe and secure working environment for all team members. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse and logistics processes, implementing best practices to increase productivity and reduce operational costs. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities. Prepare regular reports on stock levels, order fulfilment, and other key metrics for management review.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with an eye for detail and a commitment to efficiency. Key qualifications include:

Experience in Logistics & Warehouse Management: 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain role, preferably in a fast-paced or e-commerce environment. Organisation & Time Management Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in handling inventory records, order processing, and documentation. Communication Skills: Clear and effective communicator, with the ability to work collaboratively with suppliers, delivery partners, and internal teams. Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify and resolve issues quickly, with a solutions-oriented mindset. Basic IT Proficiency: Comfortable using inventory management systems and basic software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Experience with logistics software is a plus. Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, such as lifting and moving products, as part of daily responsibilities.
