Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Logistic and warehouse operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by performing various tasks related to the handling, storage, and the logistics of orders.

Responsibilities

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Utilise Sage software for inventory tracking and management. Handle materials with care, ensuring proper stocking and organisation within the warehouse. Perform picking and packing of aftersales orders accurately to meet shipping deadline Arrange both inward and outward logistics of orders, including loading and unloading lorries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse space. Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies as necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals. Apply mechanical knowledge for basic equipment maintenance when required.

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Familiarity with materials handling techniques is advantageous. Experience with Microsoft software such as excel, word is essential. Preferred experience with a warehouse management system such as Sage Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role (up to 25 kg).

Pay: From 15,288.00 per year
