Purpose of This Role
This role will assist in the production and delivery our prestigious corporate and hospitality events with a strong focus on customer care. We provide a 5 star waiting service to hospitality clients covering everything from, serving on the bar, equipment preparation and set up/clearing of function spaces.
Responsibilities
Set up function spaces in advance
Ensure strict hygiene standards are adhered to at all times
Setting up and clearing of tables and chairs
Laying tables and polishing glasses and cutlery
Setting up and occasionally serving on bar
Use of till system, cash and credit/debit card handling
Occasionally, waiting tables
Clean back oh house areas
Clean and tidy glassware
Tidy cellar
Hours
:
Zero hours contract.
Your shifts will vary each week to meet the demands of the business.
Variety of shifts available during week days and weekends.
Qualifications/Experience
Previous experience in a similar role - waiting and bar work during large conference and banqueting events is advantageous but not essential.
Food hygiene certificate along with a completed Alcohol Awareness course would be advantageous.
Recruitment for this position will take place on 30th July 2025.
