Summary

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Snow Peak London Ltd. In this role, you will play a vital part in managing logistics operations, ensuring efficient transportation and distribution of our premium outdoor products. Your contributions will directly support our mission to enhance the outdoor experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

Enter and manage data with accuracy and consistency across logistics systems Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for order tracking and inventory management Process customer orders from placement to dispatch, ensuring timely delivery Coordinate logistics operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PL) to ensure timely delivery of products. Utilize transportation management systems to optimize shipping routes and reduce costs. Maintain accurate data entry for inventory tracking and logistics reporting. Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners regarding logistics processes. Assist in resolving any shipping discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Requirements

Proven experience in logistics or supply chain procession is essential. Familiarity with transportation management systems and logistics software. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong working knowledge of MS office suite, particularly Excel where you must be at least intermediate level.
