Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday



Arvato, a leading provider of logistics and supply chain management services is seeking a dedicated Logistics Administrator to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient order processing, internal flow of goods, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The position is based in the heart of the warehouse, our control tower which is the brains of the shopfloor function. Your Tasks

Plan, monitor and control order processing and internal flow of goods to ensure on-time shipment completion and compliance with specified SLAs/KPIs Independently identify and resolve problems, initiate appropriate measures and communicate with specialist departments and management Execute key performance indicator reports, conduct system research and assist in capacity planning Conduct ABC analyses and organise pick faces for efficient warehouse operations Support and implement projects related to logistics and warehouse management Serve as the primary contact person and support for departments, account/operations management. Provide SAP first-level IT support Conduct inventories, stock counts, checks and postings accurately and efficiently.
Your Profile

Experience working in a warehouse environment and familiarity with logistics/transport processes- safety boots and Hi-Vis vests are to be worn at all times. Strong problem solver skills with excellent organisational methods Proficiency in SAP system (WMS) and experience in using JIRA (desirable) Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, with excellent time management and organizational abilities Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, and other relevant computer applications Excellent attention to detail with good numerical skills and record-keeping abilities Proactive and initiative-driven approach to ensure timely completion of tasks Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams Commitment to organisational values and behaviours Solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take corrective action
