Role Overview



The Logistics Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the timely and accurate flow of materials and parts to support production schedules. This position requires strong collaboration with Capacity Planning, Scheduling, and Production Leads to maintain operational efficiency and meet output requirements.

Key Responsibilities



Work closely with Capacity Planning and Scheduling teams to identify and prioritize urgent parts requirements. Collaborate with Production Leads (PLs) and team members to understand output targets and align logistics activities accordingly. Provide clear instructions to teams on the correct location of required parts, ensuring alignment with work-to lists. Date and update Level 2 packs during daily reviews with PLs and CPS teams to maintain accurate production data. Partner with CPS teams to develop automated updates from SAP and Level 2 packs, improving efficiency and reducing manual intervention.

Qualifications & Skills



Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes. Proficiency in SAP. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Preferred Experience



Previous experience in logistics coordination within a manufacturing or production environment. Familiarity with capacity planning and scheduling processes.
