Logistics Operator

to support the smooth movement and organisation of our vehicles across multiple sites.

Role Overview

As a Logistics Operator at Reverie Autos, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day movement and coordination of our vehicle stock. Your primary focus will be vehicle logistics--transporting cars between our storage facility, main office, showroom, and wash site--ensuring everything is in the right place at the right time.
You'll also assist with basic vehicle photography when required to support our listings and online presence.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Saturday is mandatory One weekday off (5-day working week)

Key Responsibilities

Move vehicles safely and efficiently between storage, wash, showroom, and office locations Coordinate vehicle flow to support sales, preparation, and photography schedules Carry out basic vehicle checks and report any issues or damage Ensure vehicles are clean, fuelled, and correctly positioned as required Assist with photographing vehicles (interior, exterior, basic detail shots) when needed Support uploading images to internal systems and listings platforms Keep accurate track of vehicle locations and status Maintain vehicle safety and handling standards Support the wider team with general operational and logistics tasks

Requirements

Full UK driving licence (essential) Background as a vehicle technician or mechanic Strong understanding of vehicle condition, safety, and handling Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Basic photography experience or willingness to learn (preferred) Able to work well independently and as part of a team
