Job Description

Aerovac Composite One are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to maintain and support the efficient coordination of warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all warehouse inventory through document management, effective communication and continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong analysis skills and experience in logistics systems to contribute to the efficiency of our logistics processes.

This is a full-time position, 36.25 hours per week, based in Keighley, West Yorkshire. Key Responsibilities:



Conducts regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date. Maintain and implement compliance and safety standards and participate in audits. Generate and analyse reports on warehouse activities. Prepare, edit and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office. Promote warehouse innovation to optimise space utilisation and workflow efficiencies. Collaborate with internal teams and international colleagues to maintain smooth operations. Attend and contribute confidently to meetings personally and via Microsoft Teams. Support with the training of warehouse team members on operational procedures and safety protocol to maintain an efficient and safe working environment. Provide excellent level of customer service across departments and with external providers.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Excel and Word proficiency. ERP system familiarity (SAP experience preferred). Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills. Ability to multitask, work independently and as part of a team. Effective communicator through various written and verbal communication channels, has email etiquette. Good decision-making under pressure and in a fast-paced working environment. Knowledge of audit preparation and compliance. Time management and punctuality. Upholds and promotes the company's values. Respect, Teamwork and Communication (RTC), compliance and Health and safety regulations.
