WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS:



To ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on schedule, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while actively managing and minimizing out-of-scope logistics costs. This role is crucial for delivering an excellent customer experience by proactively coordinating dispatch, swiftly resolving delivery issues, and maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN:



Manages End-to-End Order Fulfilment to SLA Standards

: Ensures accurate and timely processing, dispatch, and delivery of all customer orders by effectively coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers, consistently meeting department Service Level Agreements and minimizing order cycle time.

Drives Proactive Stakeholder Communication & Issue Resolution:

Acts as the primary logistics contact for customers, internal teams, and vendors, providing clear, timely updates and expertly resolving or escalating delivery-related issues to maintain customer satisfaction and minimize disruptions, in line with SLA commitments.

Champions Continuous Improvement & Team Collaboration

: Actively identifies, recommends, and helps implement enhancements to logistics processes, tools, and workflows to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and elevate customer satisfaction. Fosters a collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge, supporting colleagues, and contributing to shared learning and operational excellence.

Ensures Logistics Compliance & Data Integrity

: Manages all shipping, receiving, and transportation documentation with a high degree of accuracy, maintaining up-to-date logistics systems and ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulatory, legal, and customs requirements to facilitate smooth operations and avoid penalties.

Drives Proactive Stock & Production Coordination:

Continuously monitors the impact of incoming customer orders on existing stock levels and potential manufacturing requirements. Proactively communicates with procurement, warehouse, and production teams to highlight potential shortages, excesses, or urgent production needs, thereby ensuring stock is allocated efficiently and future order fulfilment is not jeopardized.
